Author's cuisine, alliance of land and sea, revelation of the best of Breton products, this is the cuisine offered by Chef Alexandre Tête and Pastry Chef Vincent Pallier, at the helm of the new restaurant L'Eskell, formerly the Marquises, within the DIANA**** Hotel & Spa Nuxe.

All dishes are homemade and changed very regularly depending on the products and arrivals.

Every Sunday enjoy a gourmet moment with our L’Eskell Gourmand Brunch. Prepared by our chef Alexandre Tête and Vincent Pallier, enjoy a buffet of fresh, seasonal products.
